of Change
In 2022 and 2023 the SVT Group helped ROI’s stakeholders define the organization’s social innovation approach
This approach is based on a few different core processes that interact with each other
Based on ROI’s original community-based systems mapping approach, which engaged over 400+ community members to build a systems map that showed the patterns and forces that both create trauma (vicious cycles) and provide healing (virtuous cycles). From this systems map, a theory of change was created with further community input.
